Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy for developing and maintaining high-quality learning content to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals across the globe. You will partner with the T&D Technology Solutions and the L&LD teams to curate, design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the evolving needs of our diverse audience while driving measurable outcomes.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related fieldProven experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for a global audienceDeep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologiesExcellent project management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret dataStrategic thinking linked to business strategyProficiency in learning management systems, content authoring tools, and digital learning platformsStrong process development and content lifecycle management skillsDesirable Skills/Experience:Degreed experience desiredAt AstraZeneca, we are driven by learning.
