In the next two years, we will enter new markets in Europe and Latin America, reaching out to new patients with multiple healthcare needs, whom we will help live their lives to their fullest potential. Exciting stuff! We are currently seeking a Global Key Account Manager to help create and deliver value to clients in Pharma, Biotech and Medtech, namely through RWD and evidence generation solutions. You will work closely with both the CEO and the Head of Business Development & Sales, reporting to the latter. What you'll be expected to do Build a thorough understanding of our solutions and value proposition Lead and coordinate client interactions Work consultatively with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage long-term and strategic relationships Support the execution of our Land & Expand strategy with Life Sciences clients Grow framework agreements both in scope and regional implementation Drive contract renewals and the respective increase in TCV Navigate procurement and legal processes at clients in an efficient manner Develop ABPs and perform quarterly business reviews Synthesize the voice of the customer and convey it internally to Product and Product Marketing teams Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Real World Evidence, and Data Science teams Qualifications and work experience Possess 3-5 years of extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Delivery roles within reputable healthcare-related businesses
