Descrição da FunçãoYour new companyOur client is an international company looking for a Global HR Solutions Partner (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and inspiring culture in Lisbon.Your new roleIn this role, you will work directly with managers on any workforce concerns, applying knowledge of HR processes and policies. You will collaborate with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Centre and HR Services teams in other countries to resolve issues and identify sustainable solutions to enhance the employee experience and customer service. You will support HRBP's with Performance Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Compensation and Workforce Planning processes.
