Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives for the region;
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals;
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture;
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention;
Drive organizational change and development initiatives to improve business performance and employee experience;
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent;
Develop and manage the HR budget for the region;
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans;
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and employment laws and regulations;
Mitigate HR-related risks;
Monitor and report on DE&I metrics and progress;
Leverage HR technology to improve HR processes and decision-making;
Use HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and HR strategies;
Develop and manage the HR budget for the region;
Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources;
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations for HR services and solutions;
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team;
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development activities.
Perfil ideal
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role;
Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution at the executive level;
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and manage cross-functional relationships;
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus;
Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and visionary leadership;
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Analytical and data-driven decision-making;
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment: This position requires international exposure and and deep experience in managing international teams (HR Leaders);
This position is based in an office environment but may require occasional travel.
