The Global Finance Services (GFS) Integration Assistant reports to the GFS Integration and Process Improvement Manager and has responsibility to ensure a smooth project execution, particularly for initiatives such as finance integrations (acquisitions, mergers, and de-mergers) and SAP integration under GFS responsibility areas.
This role bridges GFS and Project teams, facilitating effective communication, alignment, and streamlined operations.This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Fuller has been recognized as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' by Exame magazine.What will YOU do?Support the GFS Integration Manager in managing and harmonizing transitions and reorganizations across companies, locations, departments, and M&A activities.Establish and maintain clear communication channels between GFS teams (project and business), ensuring alignment, clarity, and well-defined end to end responsibilities.Support change management initiatives, contributing to the effective implementation of new processes and systems.Assist in SAP implementation, focusing on process assessment by mapping current practices against the HB Fuller Global Template, coordinating closely with GFS.Facilitate in-housing activities by ensuring complete, accurate process documentation for each function or Stream.Support merger, de-merger, and liquidation processes as part of legal entity rationalization efforts.Proactively ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.Assist the Finance Project Manager in monitoring project plans, tracking KPI performance, identifying root causes for issues, and implementing mitigation actions.Ensure that process-related tools and systems operate efficiently, identifying any issues for prompt resolution.Participate in additional tasks and activities as needed to support finance transformation and integration projects.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or AccountingMinimum 5 years' experience, preferably in multinational companies or Share Service Centres.Project management skillsStrong analytical skills with logical and pragmatic problem -solving approach: proactively remove barriers through an attitude of collaboration and accountability.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.Strong working knowledge of SAP.International and cross-cultural exposure.Demonstrate effective written and oral English communication skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to interact and influence colleagues and stakeholders.Availability to travel.#LI-SC1
