We are working with a multinational industrial Group, leader in its market. Descriçao da oferta Multinational industrial Group is looking for a Global Consolidation & Accounting Responsible, who will report directly to the Global Head of Finance, managing a direct team of 3 people.
Description Periodic review and updating of accounting policies, processes, and reporting at the Group level Consolidation of accounts for Group holdings Annual Statutory consolidated reporting and monthly Management reporting Individual reporting for all Business Units in Portugal Support for Individual Statutory and Management reporting for companies without local autonomy Coordination of the Consolidation and Reporting teams & Accounting teams in Portugal Interaction with the external audit team throughout the audit process Preparation of financial information for submission to the Supervisory Board Profile 8-10 years experience in Auditing or Accounting in Portugal, preferably with a Big Four firm, or in a medium to large company, or a shared services center with similar functions, with experience in accounts consolidation Strong leadership and people management skills in a dynamic environment undergoing digital and process transformation, with direct reporting to the global Head of Finance Proactive attitude and openness to change, with an ambition to drive progress and contribute to the digitalization of the financial area Ability to collaborate across departments and Business Units globally Communication and presentation skills for diverse internal or external audiences within the Group Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish preferred) Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a preferred qualification Job Offer Opportunity to join a solid, reputable group in its field, in a high-impact position within the finance department.
