BCG's Compliance team provides support, guidance and oversight on critical compliance topics that anchor how BCG employees support each other, their clients, and the business – with policies, processes, and systems. The team develops and implements smart capabilities, toolkits, frameworks, and training to empower BCG employees to act in accordance with the values and code of conduct, and to promote adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
This role will assist in supporting BCG's compliance programs within BCG X. Specifically, the monitoring of Artificial Intelligence regulations, the continuous tracking and updating of an AI Inventory, presenting on key AI compliance metrics to leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement to the compliance program. This would include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
The successful candidate must understand compliance processes, proven project management experience as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop relationships with stakeholders in BCGX; including members of the Responsible AI team, Legal, Finance, Digital Excellence (DEX) teams, and the BCG X Risk & Compliance Node.
Develop reporting to display metrics and trend analysis in a digestible way to Leadership, ensuring program compliance
Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring BCG's inventory of AI solutions (both those used internally and those externally provided to clients)
Monitor to ensure implementation of guardrails across AI projects and systems (both those used internally and those externally provided to clients)
Serve on the working group implementing the EU Artificial Intelligence Act compliance framework
Together with the Legal Team, horizon scan for new AI regulations
Develop an understanding of BCG's Responsible AI Policy and Code of Conduct (and the high vigilance areas that fall under it); work with the relevant stakeholders to assess risks around AI projects and develop guardrails
Work with the business to enhance, develop, and implement compliance processes for software development and AI tools
Training and Awareness: support the development and delivery of the training and change management programs on responsible AI
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to successful completion.
Digitally literate with strong analytical skills, the ability to work with complex data sets, and generate insightful reports.
Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Delivering on concurrent high priority initiatives and using influence to drive change.
Making risk-based decisions, using sound judgement to escalate appropriately.
Providing advice & guidance to business units, covering policies, procedures, and risks.
Identifying trends and unusual activity in management information and data.
Fluent business English (spoken and written); additional languages strongly preferred.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
An academic degree in business administration, finance, law or a related field is essential. Professional compliance or legal qualifications will be considered favourably.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within technology sector, professional services company, law firm or audit company; preferably with a background in compliance, risk management, AI ethics, and/or similar areas.
Comfortable with, and preferably advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word), Trello, exposure to business intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in an international working environment.
A desire to stay on top of changes and developments in AI technology and regulation.
An ability and appetite to drive change, and operational excellence, as well as comfort working in ambiguity.
Professional-level (verbal and written), fluent business English.
A genuine intellectual curiosity to understand BCG's scope of activity in the market.

Members of our risk team develop and implement strategies for identifying and managing significant risk exposures at BCG. Alongside BCG's global risk-review program, those with risk management jobs help the firm's functional groups clarify risk ownership, evaluate risk management approaches, perform functional reviews, and implement solutions.
