What You'll Do We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join BCG's Global Compliance team.
The Compliance function is a part of BCG's Risk Management team and provides steering and oversight on critical compliance topics that anchor how all BCGers support each other, our clients, and run our business – with policies, processes, and systems, which we continuously improve.
The team develops and implements smart capabilities, toolkits, frameworks, and trainings to empower BCG staff to act in accordance with our values, Code of Conduct, and to promote adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
This is a generalist compliance role that offers a perfect opportunity for someone with an interest in growing their experience in Compliance as it will involve heavy stakeholder engagement and providing support in compliance procedural tasks relating to data accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities Primary responsibilities will include: Manage operational processes related to the Insider Trading Policy (e.g., auditing, monitoring, query management, etc.)
Support special projects and compliance initiatives related to the Insider Trading Policy Stakeholder Engagement The successful candidate will be adept at maintaining strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, including: Global Risk, Compliance Subject Matter Experts and Regional Compliance teams.
Other Global Service functions and Business Support teams, such as Legal, HR, and Finance.
Role Impact In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that empower BCG employees to adhere to the company's values and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
Insider Trading Process Management Review and Audit Trade Clearance Requests: Utilize BCG systems to oversee and review daily securities trading requests submitted and ensure adherence to internal criteria.
Support the automation of the review process and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Escalate complex or "gray area" requests to Legal/Compliance teams based on established criteria.
Support the Compliance team in following up with individuals regarding flagged cases as needed.
Follow-up with business stakeholders to seek clarity or additional information as needed.
Create clear and concise communications, presentations and ad hoc content for Executive and Senior Leadership.
Supporting Wholistic Insider Trading Compliance Program Support the Compliance team with responding to queries that are sent to the Global Compliance mailbox.
Prepare and deliver timely compliance reports for senior leadership, utilizing advanced Excel analysis to translate complex data into high-level insights and presentations in PowerPoint.
Support communications between Global Compliance and local Compliance Administrators.
Assist with policy adherence, reinforcement and implementation support.
Special Projects Plan, coordinate, and manage the overall execution of special compliance projects.
Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement compliance-related software solutions.
Develop recommendations for adopting best practices and enhancing compliance processes YOU'RE GOOD AT Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to successful completion.
Digitally literate with strong analytical skills, the ability to work with complex data sets, and generate insightful reports.
Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Agile and adaptable to support shifting business needs.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating discussions to achieve project objectives.
Ability to develop and improve working methods independently.
Fluent business English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills; including concise written and oral communication.
What You'll Bring An academic degree in business administration, finance, law or a related field is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power point, Excel, Word), Trello, exposure to and experience with business intelligence tools: Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process and project management, with a focus on operational excellence; preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong organizational, time and project management, driving tasks to completion.
A genuine intellectual curiosity to understand BCG's scope of activity in the market.

Who You'll Work With Members of our risk team develop and implement strategies for identifying and managing significant risk exposures at BCG.
