This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation and benefits programs, supporting HR shared services and GBS teams.Key Responsibilities - Compensation and Benefits Administration:Manage day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs for the EMEA region.Ensure all insurance plans and benefits programs are effectively communicated and administered.Collaborate with insurance vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.Oversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.Vendor Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance vendors and other benefits providers.Address and resolve any issues with vendors to ensure high-quality service....Program Evaluation and Improvement:Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs.Make recommendations for improvements or changes to ensure programs meet the needs of the business and employees.Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices....Issue Escalation and Resolution:Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation and benefits issues.Collaborate with the Total Rewards Management team to address larger concerns and develop strategic solutions.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies.Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits activities, issues, and trends to senior management.Participate in audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
