Position Summary The main responsibility of the CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) Lead is to lead the CGI's expansion, adoption and provide direction and guidance to Centers Operations tied to delivery. Build and maintain the CGI's Delivery Model and Global documentation. He/She is accountable for the CGI's quality, tackles escalations, and is the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders for any topic related to CGI's development and localization.
A day in the life of... Driving best-in-class CGI's expansion in line with functional strategy roadmap.Building CGI's capabilities globally and in Centers (training, scale-up geographically, upskilling, etc.).Defining sub-stream operation KPIs in line with functional strategy roadmap.Acting as the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders related to CGI's.Anticipating overall innovation opportunities.Producing and updating global communication materials, processes, training, and reporting for CGI's volume development and localization.Guiding CGI's operations sustainably.Handling escalations with support from respective Center Leads.Partnering with internal departments and agencies to achieve objectives.Orchestrating and setting governance to support above pillars.Upskilling technical and functional capabilities of the team.What will make you successful 5-8 years of solid experience in Agencies (or FMCG in a similar role) in 3D Products Imagery / CGIs production and localization with managerial experience.Strong background in product and animation 3D modeling.Experience in CGI tools and understanding of industry trends, including innovation.Ability to quickly understand business needs and expectations.Good communication and relationship skills.Strong project management skills.Ability to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events.Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities.What we offer Development of expertise in Nestlé's Shared Services Business.Immersion in a culturally diverse team.Flexible working environment.Engagement and wellbeing activities.Competitive salary and annual bonus according to your performance.Meal allowance card.Flex Benefits - at NBS you can choose what benefits are more suitable for you.Free coffee (and good coffee) at the office.Medical support available at the office (in Lisbon).E-learning courses and training program to support your career progression.
