How to contribute to our vision
As Senior Global Buyer for Construction CAPEX within Onshore project procurement, you will define, implement strategy, standards, and process to procure CAPEX demand. You will be in charge of contracting activities for construction CAPEX for the Onshore Business unit.
In this role you will also:
Be responsible for developing a global supply chain.
Lead negotiations and closure of agreements with suppliers in regards to Construction CAPEX for Onshore Business units for a value of around 40M€ yearly.
Be responsible to define and implement procurement strategies to obtain the proper results in regards to Cost, quality, and delivery.
Work with a cross-functional team to ensure proper service is given for projects under execution.
Deploy Commodity Strategy in accordance with Procurement strategy.
Ensure implementation of Procurement guidelines and standards.
Conduct negotiations with key suppliers.
Be responsible for PVO assigned, achievement of CNI and fulfilment of KPIs.
Definition and creation of annual budgets.
Collaborate with Corporate Project Management organization to assure the optimal CAPEX demand and operations from a Procurement/Logistics vision.
Close collaboration with Regions, sharing with them strategy, targets, achievements.
What you need to make a difference.
Ideally you hold a Masters degree (in Engineering, Business Administration, Law or similar) as educational background.
You have experience in Procurement (more than 5 years).
Ideally you have experience from a comparable commodity (toolings, process steel, machined and welded parts).
As a person you are proactive, self-driven, communicate, open-minded and used to work with different cultures at the same time.
You are fluent in English.
