The Contract Negotiation PMO plans and delivers the Vantage Towers estates activities through the provision of expert Estates knowledge including the negotiation of agreements. Typically reports to the Senior Estates Manager or the Head of Property.Who you areAssists, advises and executes site selection, site acquisition and leasing space to ensure maximum return / value;Drives and maintains the delivery of estate projects that improve effectiveness;Maintains and manages contracts, suggests improvements and ensures that the team adhere to the delivery of the property agenda;Builds strong relations and works closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Legal functions to ensure alignment of contracts;Demonstrates strong communication skills, influences third parties and negotiates contractual requirements and costs with the support of Supply Chain;May provide guidance to junior staff.What's in it for youWe want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
