Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management processes based on ISO 2000 standards
- Monitor and maintain the quality of IT services, ensuring compliance with ISO 2000 requirements
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 2000 standards
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT service management processes and procedures
- Train and educate team members on ISO 2000 standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to IT service management and ISO 2000 standards
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and ensure service delivery meets their expectations
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor service performance against agreed targets
- Ensure all incidents and problems are properly managed and resolved in a timely manner
- Continuously improve service delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ISO 2000 standards
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing IT service management processes based on ISO 2000 standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
