Misión:Comercializar los productos de Wolters Kluwer entre los clientes asignados dentro de su segmento, proporcionando información y asesoramiento a los mismos, gestionando las solicitudes y necesidades dentro del ámbito comercial que surjan, con el fin de conseguir los objetivos comerciales, de acuerdo a la calidad del servicio determinado por la Empresa.Funciones Principales:Comercializar los productos de la compañía, para lo cual realiza visitas comerciales, demostraciones de productos y servicios y asesora técnicamente sobre los mismos y mantiene informado a los clientes sobre nuevos productos o modificaciones para conseguir consolidar y aumentar el volumen de ventas garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.Obtener información relevante de los clientes profesionales y transmitirla a la empresa, de cara a realizar mejoras y nuevas utilidades que mejoren nuestros productos.Conseguir nuevos clientes profesionales a través de envíos de información, llamadas telefónicas, webinars , visitas online y/o presenciales y envío de cartas comerciales.Velar por los recursos que la compañía pone a su disposición -equipos y materiales- procurando la optimización de las visitas.Y todas aquellas funciones propias de su categoría profesional y funcional.Perfil:Valorable experiencia en venta consultiva de software. Preferiblemente dentro del sector de la gestión profesional (laboral, fiscal, contable). Experiencia en la comunicación con clientes y participación en eventos.Orientación al trabajo por objetivos, formando parte del equipo comercial.Capacidad de generar nuevas oportunidades, detectando y prospectando el mercado con el objetivo de asesorar y vender a los clientes nuestro portfolio. Servir de enlace con equipos multifuncionales (incluidos los departamentos de Producto, Consultoría, Soporte, Tecnología, Seguridad) para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento integral del portfolio de productos, para realizar demostraciones y conocimiento de las fases y la metodología de implantación, así como una comprensión de las ofertas de productos de la competencia.Comprensión básica de negocios, finanzas, productos/servicios.Conocimientos en Marketing Digital. Conocimiento básico en gestión de redes sociales en materia de visibilización de empresas. Se valorarán los conocimientos de inglés. Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarse.Únete a nosotros y #Marcaladiferencia Si marcar la diferencia es importante para ti, entonces tú eres importante para nosotros .
