Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the amazing city of Lisbon? We are looking for fluent German speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent a very well-known but recently launched subscription video on-demand streaming service. You will assist viewers through phone and/or chat about their account and will discuss and solve any billing issues. Besides this, you will talk to them through basic site and application navigations and will troubleshoot any system configurations and network settings. First time resolution is important in this job.
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills in German (both spoken and written)
Good command of English
Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
