German Travel Insurance Agent - Wfh Remote, Portugal

Role: German speaking Travel Insurance Agent
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1383 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20€ per month WFH allowance
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm
The Company
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit fluent German speakers to join their international insurance team. This is a full work from home role from anywhere in mainland Portugal.
The Role
As a German speaking Travel Insurance Agent you will be working for a tourism insurance company. You will handle insurance policy administration and cancellation requests efficiently and re-issue policy documentation as needed. You will also identify, investigate, and escalate complex issues promptly and mediate between hosts and guests regarding reservation concerns, such as alterations, cancellations etc, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties. This is a combination role with both front-office and back-office tasks where good attention to detail and excellent writing skills are needed.
Requirements
Fluent German and English
Previous experience in Customer Support
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
