Advice and support for corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies on technical questions

Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English

Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies

Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English

Tech Expert: 1 year of technical support or system administrator experience

Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus

Communication: Virtuoso
