Key Responsibilities:

Assist users with pre-sales and general inquiries.
Provide technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social media, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Preferably have experience in technical troubleshooting.
Native German speaker and fluent in English (At least B2 level).
High school diploma required.
