German Team Leader - Lisbon

FunçõesAdecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring German and English speakers for a role of German Team Leader for its international telecommunications client, based in Lisbon.
FunçõesAs a Team Leader your main tasks will be:

Management, support, organization, and further development of the assigned teamManagement of approximately 8 to 10 employeesConstant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectivesRegular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process know-howDiscussions on performance and objectives with each employeeGuarantee quality and quantity standards within the teamHR Responsibilities: time and absence management, involvement in recruiting processCoordination of customer requests in respective internal departments and responsibility for service and process improvement measuresOptimization of existing processesRequisitos• Languages: German native / English;
• Specialized sales training or equivalent;
• Experience in team management of a call center team;
• A strong service mentality and customer orientation;
• Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office;
• Great motivation;
• Determination;
• Strong initiative and implementation;
• Enthusiasm and positivism;
OfertaWe offer:
• 1530€ gross base salary + 8,23€ Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus + Flex Work Allowance;
• Direct Contract with the Client;
• MON - SAT (7am-9pm rotative);
• 100% at the office - Lisbon;
