Experience Required:To qualify, candidates must have:
Language Proficiency: Advanced German (C1 level) and strong English (B2 or better) for both verbal and written communication.Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within customer service environments in fintech or banking.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience working collaboratively in teams.Customer Service Knowledge: Background in managing customer service programs (retail experience is a plus).Presentation Skills: Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and trainings.Organizational and Planning Skills: Ability to organize and manage training schedules effectively.Group Dynamics Awareness: Understanding diversity within teams and how to manage group dynamics.Tech-Savviness: Competence in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Analytical and Results-Oriented Approach: Ability to analyze performance data and strive for measurable results.
