German speaking Technical Support Advisor - work from home Role: German speaking Technical Support Advisor Salary: 1400 euro gross per month (this includes the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus around 90 euro performance bonus gross p/m Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm Overview of the company: Our client is a global outsourcing company with multiple sites in Portugal that support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, providing a multicultural environment. The Role: As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a well-known illustration and design software company, providing outstanding technical support to business clients. Your role will include identifying and addressing issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will conduct thorough research to investigate problems and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner. Requirements: Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in German and English Keen to learn Able to work from home and have good internet speed On offer: Competitive salary of up to 1400 euro gross per month (including holiday bonus and meal allowance).
