German speaking Technical Support AdvisorRole: German speaking Technical Support AdvisorSalary: 1300 euro gross per month (this includes holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation plus 200 euro performance bonus gross p/mWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 18:00pmOverview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company with offices around the world. In Portugal, they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, creating a very multicultural environment.The Role:As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a well-known IT software company, providing outstanding technical support to business clients. Your role includes identifying and addressing issues through various communication channels, including phone and web-based interactions.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Taking prompt ownership of new cases and escalations.Providing assistance to business clients, partners, and fellow engineers.Conducting thorough research to investigate problems and troubleshoot customer issues.Collaborating with management and engineering to address service issues, generate bug fixes, and create necessary test cases.Requirements:Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in German and English.Previous experience in a technical support role.Experience in IP configuration (setting up Outlook, Office, etc.) is an advantage.Keen to learn.On offer:Competitive salary of up to 1500 euro gross per month (includes holiday bonus, meal allowance, and 200 euro performance/productivity bonus) plus free accommodation (room in a shared company flat).
