German-Speaking Technical Helpdesk (Remote)

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform.

What you'll do:

As a Technical Support, you'll support deliveries;

Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;

Determine technical support pain areas while working with customers;

Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;

Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;

Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;

Participate in the creation of future support capabilities for the cloud.

What you need:

Fluent German speaker;

Fluency in English;

A previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);

Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);
