The company
Our client is a leading European SaaS provider of an award-winning product which has benefited from multiple successful funding rounds. With its global presence and more than 30,000 business customers, you will help our client execute the next phase of its growth plan. You will help your clients automate old-fashioned back-office processes to achieve greater efficiency, insight and control. For their international hub in Lisbon, our client is looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join their commercial team.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will build a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your responsibilities include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Account Executives. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives on the challenge of identifying the right contacts, is driven by targets, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone!
Requirements

Fluent in German and English
Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
A motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
Thrives on meeting sales targets and always looks for ways to exceed expectations

Salary, benefits and relocation package
Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 36,000-40,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-60K OTE). Other benefits include among others a hybrid work model, catered lunch in the Lisbon office paid by our client, private health insurance, 25 days of holiday + your public holidays (with option to buy additional days), Well-being days (fully paid days off designed, allowing you to take time to recharge and prioritise self-care) and paid parental leave.
