Your Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits to meet established targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and report key issues that affect decision accuracy within the market and workflow.
Communicate details to local teams on the impact of newly developed content policies on current workflows.
Deliver on-the-spot training sessions for reviewers concerning new or changing content policies and refresher courses on existing policies.
Audit decision accuracy, reviewing to ensure consistency with client standards and policies.
Manage investigations into escalations due to inaccurate decisions, especially in scenarios involving new policies, ambiguous content, or impactful errors.
Coach agents on audit findings and ensure alignment with market knowledge.
Adapt quickly to workflow changes.
Analyze and identify content that does not comply with requirements, flagging for timely action.
Recognize trends and patterns, escalating relevant findings to the product team.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Assure audit accuracy and alignment across Quality Analysts.
Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to develop solutions enhancing user community support.
Requirements
Native or proficient German language skills, along with B2-level English proficiency.
At least a few months of experience in an audit or quality environment with quality control and quality analysis.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
Good comprehension of root cause analysis and Excel.
Strong reading and oral communication skills in the required language and an understanding of the local culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including effective communication across all levels in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Neutral mindset when classifying content, regardless of subject matter.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Understanding of business processes, improvement methodologies, and departmental policies and procedures.
Interest in social media, current events, and the social media landscape (e.g., trends, influencers, engagement).
