The Role: As an Order Management Specialist, you will receive and distribute incoming customer orders and discuss order entry and fulfillment issues with both the sales and customer service departments. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the complete order management from entry to delivery and resolving complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution.
