The Role: As an Order Management Specialist, you will receive and distribute incoming customer orders and discuss order entry and fulfillment issues with both the sales and customer service departments. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the complete order management from entry to delivery and resolving complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution. Requirements: Fluent in German and English Previous experience in either customer service, finance, data entry, data checking, or payroll data Willingness to learn Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Experience working with ERP systems is preferred: Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce On offer: Monthly gross salary of 1624 euro (paid out 14x a year) plus 150 euro bonus potential per month.
