As an Online Video Customer Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this new pilot service. The successful candidate has:
Fluency in German and a good command of English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Eagerness to learn and attention to details
Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal.
