What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:Coordinate with National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs) to address complaints and ensure compliance with passenger rights regulations.Manage correspondence with lawyers and legal officers regarding passenger rights disputes and related cases.Assess cases submitted by passengers to verify compliance with applicable transport regulations.Collaborate with NEBs and legal teams to investigate reported incidents of non-compliance.Compile and organize documentation for legal cases and pre-litigation processes.Engage with NEBs to mediate and resolve issues before escalation to court proceedings.Monitor adherence to transport regulations and advise on areas of improvement for compliance.Maintain detailed records of all cases and track their progress until resolution.
