German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Cross Border Talents (CBT) is currently recruiting German-speaking professionals for an on-site customer support role with one of our key partner BPO companies. In this position, you will provide exceptional support for a POS System Solutions project assisting clients with essential system operations to enhance business efficiency.
Role Overview Location: On-site in Porto, PortugalStart Date: 25 November 2024Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 19:00 (rotating shifts, with occasional extensions to 21:00 as per client requirements)Days Off: Rotating 2 days each week Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through the operation of advanced POS systems.
