ResponsibilitiesSupport our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chatShow our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challengesIdentify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales departmentWork closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer
Requirements
University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical trainingPrevious Customer Support experienceNative German and English is mandatoryOther languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plusWindows®/Mac user knowledge desirableAt least some experience working with customer and/or in sales, e.g. InternshipsDetermination, enthusiasm and willingness to learnWorking independently is just as important to you as team spiritStrong communication skills and passion for working with people
