German- Speaking Customer Support for Bank in Porto We are currently looking for German-speaking customer advisors who are ready to kick-start their careers in the picturesque city of Porto, in northern Portugal.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon procedures.
As a first-level agent, you will handle incoming calls and effectively address each customer's issue.
You will act as a liaison not only for private end customers but also for B2B clients.
Taking a proactive approach, you will not only reactively handle customer cases but also offer and expand the product range to enhance the customer journey.
Ensuring that services provided to customers meet the contractually agreed performance indicators (KPIs).
Attentively listening to customers' concerns and needs, demonstrating empathy, and using the opportunity to build a relationship with the customer.
Maintaining basic knowledge of the products and/or services.
Performing thorough and accurate work, including appropriate account notes as required.
Participating in activities to improve customer satisfaction and company performance.
Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database.
Answering customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources, or more experienced staff.
Your Profile:
Secondary education and preferably three to six months of relevant experience.
Polite and highly customer-oriented.
Good computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, including flexibility and adaptability to change quickly.
Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-productivity work environment.
Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
Demonstrating patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and behavior.
Ability to work different shifts as needed.
Willingness to work On site in Porto.
