German speaking Customer Support Executive We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Lisbon-based German-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Lisbon. Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-site, hybrid remoteEmployment Type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses Duties And Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone channels, covering a variety of topics including products (sports, casino, poker) and cashier operations. Problem-Solving: Assess specific customer concerns and take appropriate action to address and resolve their needs. Collaboration: Work closely with teams based in different locations to achieve common goals. Reporting: Identify and report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the relevant department. Service Excellence: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Requirements: Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1 level) and business-level English. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong level of interpersonal skills. Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, confidently handling a wide range of customer inquiries. Adaptability: Perform well in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment. Personality: A flexible, creative, and driven personality that thrives in a multi-tasking environment. Tech-Savvy: General computer knowledge, including MS Office and Internet. Interest: A passion for sports, casino, and poker products is a plus; relevant training will be provided.
