The Role:
You'll support clients of a well-known financial institution through calls, chat, and email , helping them navigate online banking and understand products and marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities include:

Responding to customers via calls, chat, and email
Providing product details and information on campaigns
Assisting with card services and scheduling appointments
Supporting marketing initiatives and inquiries
