Your Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate online content, videos, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright decisions. Audit and update content on a major social media platform. Ensure services meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations. Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines, ensuring compliance and data protection. Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset at all times, even in challenging situations. What We're Looking For: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2). Strong computer skills and comfort navigating digital platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Patience and professionalism when interacting with customers. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Ideally, an associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
