About the company

What you will be doing

Act as a primary point of contact to customers and answer their questions
Assist them, promote products and upsell
Work on a shift-based schedule, from 10am to 6:30pm
Work from a top modern office in the heart of Prague

What we expect from you

Minimum C1 level of German & English
Valid European Passport
Strong interest in fashion
Strong motivation and a 'can do' attitude
Interest in long-term employment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not a requirement
