They are currently developing smoke-free products that are a better choice than cigarette smoking.       Your Profile: - You are proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)  - You have excellent communication skills - You are open to learn everything about customer care - You are able to work 40 hours a week in rotating shifts  - You are happy to live in Lisbon - Some experience in a call centre is nice to have, but not mandatory   ?
