German speaking Customer Experience Advisor - work from home Role: German speaking Customer Experience Advisor - work from home Salary: 1,612.39€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift top up) - approx 5 night shifts p/m The Role: As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a medical device company that makes products contributing to improving the quality of life for diabetes patients. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries and needs related to the products and services. You will handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, assist customers in troubleshooting device malfunctions, responding to alarm notifications, guide customers in the operation and customization of their devices, and offer support for order placement and shipping-related inquiries.
