If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!  As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a global warranty service provider and you will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries in a timely manner. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.  We are looking for candidates who have:  Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMAN and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and develop  The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to LISBON until you are successful!
