Key Responsibilities
Content Monitoring & Review: Assess and evaluate user-submitted content (such as posts, images, videos, and comments) to ensure it aligns with platform rules, policies, and legal guidelines.
Identify and Handle Harmful Content: Detect and promptly remove harmful, offensive, or illegal content, maintaining a secure and user-friendly online platform.
Ensure Consistency & Accuracy: Adhere to internal policies to make accurate and consistent moderation decisions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Report Violations: Identify repeated violations or complex issues, escalating them to relevant teams with detailed reports when necessary.
Support Positive User Interaction: Help create a safe and welcoming environment by enforcing community guidelines and enhancing overall user experience.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow moderators, customer support, and legal teams to ensure smooth moderation processes.
Candidate Profile
German Language Proficiency: You should be fluent in both spoken and written German to effectively manage German-language content.
