German Speaking Content Analyst

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Video Content Analyst for their office in Lisbon. The employee would watch reported videos on a well-known streaming platform and would make decisions regarding their banning.

Duties And Responsibilities

Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform
Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
Remove inappropriate content
Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
Requirements
Professionally Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Able to cover weekly shift rotation including night shifts
Tolerance for sensitive content in videos
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
