Tasks About the Role:
Are you ready for a new adventure in Portugal?
In this role, you will provide service-oriented inbound support for a German bank account.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, executing orders on the first contact, assisting with phone banking ID and T-PIN setup, guiding customers through the Postbank app setup, and providing exceptional customer service for all retail banking inquiries.
You will also troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collaborate with team members to improve service processes, and stay updated on banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and execute orders on the first contact
Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN setup
Guide customers through the Postbank app setup
Provide exceptional customer service for all retail banking inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Stay updated on banking products and services
Requirements Requirements:
Near or native German speaker
Benefits Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm (rotative days off)
Onsite 100% in Portugal. Relocation assistance offered.
Health Insurance:
Yes, but you need to already have NIF and NISS.
