Salary: Gross annual salary package: 24,906 € plus potential monthly performance bonus of 208 € gross.
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week - Mon to Fri between 8am - 5pm

The Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for payment processing, where you will among others prepare and process weekly payment runs, reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Besides this you will review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and reconcile expenses against receipts. Furthermore you will contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Previous relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
On offer:
Monthly gross salary of 1,779 euro (paid out 14x a year) plus 208 euro bonus potential per month. Benefits include: Health and Life Insurance, 38 paid holidays (including 13 public holidays).
