The Job:

Understand Customers' Needs and develop Problem Solving skills.

Provide the best customer experience through Email, Chat, or Phone.

Be a specialist in the product/service you represent.

Requirements:

Fluent German Speaker.

Good in English.

Good computer skills.

Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.

Excellent communication skills.

Good listening and empathy skills.

Good time management skills.

Team spirit and flexibility.
