The purpose of the role is to:
? Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;
? Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly;
? Contact customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;
? Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment.
NOT CALL CENTER
?? You need to be:
? Fluent in German (B1+/B2) and good knowledge of English (B2);
? Team player with can-do attitude;
? Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
? Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;
? Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
