Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Content Moderator for one of our clients to review and manage user-generated content across various platforms. Your task will be to ensure that the content complies with our client's guidelines, handle reports of inappropriate material, and maintain a safe and positive online environment.
Responsibilities: Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices regarding incorrect decisions related to copyright.Review and update content on popular social media platforms.Check received content and approve it for upload to social media.Maintain broad knowledge of customer products/services. Requirements: German language skills at C1 level.English language skills at B2 level.Good computer navigation and PC skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.Ability to follow a flexible schedule.Preferred: Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. We offer: Base salary: 950 euro paid monthly for 14 months. Language bonus: 450 euro paid monthly for 12 months.Meal allowance: 1,837 euro per year (net).Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.Training (4 weeks).Relocation package: includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation.Permanent contract.
