German Sales & Marketing Specialist - Hybrid

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
What you'll be doing?

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
Conduct lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities.
Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients.
Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions.

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Experience in sales, cold calling or advertising.
High School Diploma.
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
