Contact clients that are using the 3-month trial period QuickBooks version through phone, ensuring the best quality serviceEngaging with the clients explaining them the advantages to have the paid version finishing the process of SaleSolve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may facePerform corrections and optimize the customers' technical knowledgeMeet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targetsCreate amazing experiences that people value and we are proud ofBe responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedbackTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
