German | Resolution Customer Support

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the clients needs and issues are supported! Do you want to know more? Check out below: RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
? Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution?
? Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
? Provides escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
? Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
? Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated

KEY SKILLS:
?? Language skills: English and German mandatory
?? Experience in Customer Support and Claims
?? Good communication skills

OFFER:
? Base salary + Meal Allowance: 9€
? Direct contract with the client;
? Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (after the 2nd month);
