Are you ready to be our next Resolution Customer Support Representative ? We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the thrill of financial operations.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the clients needs and issues are supported! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution
Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
Provides escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated

KEY SKILLS:
Language skills: English mandatory
Other internacional languages are a plus!
Experience in Customer Support and Claims
Good communication skills

OFFER:
Base salary Meal Allowance: 9
Direct contract with the client;
Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (after the 2nd month);
